Warranty details; Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd warrants that shutters installed by us will remain free from defects in materials or workmanship. Any re-sale or re-location of our shutters will void any remaining warranty. In no event will Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd be liable for any costs to remove or re-install the product. This warranty does not include any charges, such as freight or labour for measuring and installation. This warranty does not cover any conditions of or damage to the shutters or windows due to unauthorised repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of god, wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect of cleaning or maintenance. If any improper, inappropriate or unauthorized replacement part, repairs or maintenance is used on our products, the warranty will become void. This warranty excludes all liability from Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd, for removal of the shutter and re-installation in the same or another window, or damage to the window frame, glass or any other portion of the window. Due to the natural variation in colour, grain and texture of raw materials issued by Tunbridge Wells Shutters, we are not able to guarantee any matches on subsequent orders. Returns due to colour variations will not be authorised by Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd due to these conditions. This warranty excludes all liability for consequential or incidental damages for any cause whatsoever. Warranty on colour fastness, structure and hardware is 5 years. Any quotes/estimations issued are valid for 28 days from date of quotation unless otherwise stated. Quotes include fitting by our own professional fitters. Estimated time of arrivals are 13-14 weeks for imported products. 6-7 weeks for express delivery products and approximately 7 weeks for UK manufactured product. The Company cannot accept liability for delayed deliveries due to forces outside of our control. Payment Terms: 75% deposit payable on acceptance of quotation, with the remaining amount payable on installation or if we cannot fit the products within 2 weeks of a suggested fitting date. Orders are non-refundable as each order is bespoke. The customer is at fault if the window dimensions change once an order has been placed, the remaining balance payment will still apply. Minor imperfections not visible with the naked eye at a distance of 1 metre will not be considered defects.  In order to ensure safe working practices and conditions please ensure all window dressings are removed on any fitting date and that sufficient room is available to construct any framework which may include the moving of furniture.
